AudioCodes’ Live CX is a portfolio of solutions delivered as a cloud service or managed at the customer data center. The offering is available via AudioCodes’ global community of partners and service providers, so you can get the best fit for your company’s unique needs.
You can create SIP connections between the managed SBC device (Service Provider SBC or BYOC device) and the PSTN and UC platform and assign them to a dedicated Calling Profile. You can also create a SIP Connection between your SBC and a remote device such as a Media Pack or sub-service such as Fax server and Auto-Attendant. You can then upload numbers and route them through your PSTN connection. In Day Two you can configure number functionality such as screening outgoing numbers and configuring number forwarding.
